研究目的：

评估接受烟雾病血运重建手术的儿童中可改变的神经功能恶化危险因素，为改善此类患儿的麻醉管理提供临床依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the modifiable risk factors for neurological deterioration in children undergoing revascularization surgery for Moyamoya disease, and provide clinical evidence for improving anesthesia management in such children.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

2015年1月至2024年10月在广州医科大学附属妇女儿童医疗中心和三九脑科医院接受血管重建手术的烟雾病患儿。纳入标准：1.患者年龄小于18岁;2.诊断结果符合烟雾病分类;3.病历完整。

Inclusion criteria

Children with Moyamoya disease who underwent vascular reconstruction surgery at Guangzhou Medical University Affiliated Women and Children's Medical Center and Sanjiu Brain Hospital from January 2015 to October 2024. Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients under the age of 18; 2. The diagnosis result conforms to the classification of smoke disease; 3.Complete medical records.

排除标准：

1.患者有严重并发症及凝血功能障碍; 2.术后7天内死亡。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe complications and coagulation dysfunction; 2. Death within 7 days after surgery.
