研究目的：

本研究通过研究羊水这一因素与SHS的关联，并将产妇的羊水与血容量联系起来，通过超声测量羊水池深度与右股静脉直径的乘积来探讨其对预测SHS的价值，为预测剖宫产术中产妇仰卧位低血压综合征的发生提供新思路。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, we investigated the association between amniotic fluid and SHS, and linked the amniotic fluid with blood volume of mothers, and explored its value in predicting SHS by measuring the product of the depth of the amniotic fluid pool and the diameter of the right femoral vein by ultrasound, so as to provide a new idea for predicting the occurrence of maternal hypotension syndrome in supine position during cesarean section.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、年龄 >=20岁； 2、美国麻醉医师会( ASA) 分级I~II级； 3、符合蛛膜下腔阻滞应证； 4、孕周 >=37周，单胎。

Inclusion criteria

1Age >=20 years old ; 2American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) class I~II; 3Applicable to subarachnoid block; 4Week of pregnancy >=37 weeks, single fetus.

排除标准：

1、合并妊娠期高血压、妊娠期糖尿病、心脏病等并发症; 2、合并严重外周血管疾病 ; 3、伴右股静脉解剖学异常者; 4、 合并心、肺、肾、肝等严重器质性病变 ; 5、腰麻异常广泛阻滞者和阻滞不全者。

Exclusion criteria：

1Combined with hypertension during pregnancy, gestational diabetes, heart disease and other complications; 2Combined with serious peripheral vascular disease; 3 With anatomical abnormalities of the right femoral vein; 4 Combined with heart, lung, kidney, liver and other serious organic lesions; 5 Lumbar anesthesia abnormally wide block and incomplete block.
