研究目的:

本研究拟对特发性脊柱侧弯患者进行治疗性研究,仿真模拟分析不同电刺激方式对脊柱肌肉的激活程度,评估对脊柱侧弯矫正的影响。提出一种新的脊柱侧弯矫正方法,进而提高治疗效率,缩短治疗周期。  

Objectives of Study:

The aim of this study is to conduct a therapeutic investigation on patients with adolescent idiopathic scoliosis, using simulation analysis to evaluate the activation levels of spinal muscles under different electrical stimulation methods. The study will assess the impact of these methods on scoliosis correction. A new approach to scoliosis correction is proposed, with the goal of improving treatment efficiency and shortening the treatment duration.

纳入标准:

1.年龄 10-16岁; 2.站立位脊柱全长 X 光检查10°<=Cobb<=25°; 3.骨骼发育未完全成熟,Risser 征 0-IV 级; 4.基本认知功能正常,无心理障碍和皮肤病; 5.治疗期间不接受其他保守治疗。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 10-16 years old; 2. Standing full-length spine X-ray examination 10°<=Cobb<=25°; 3. Skeletal development is not fully mature, Risser's sign grade 0-IV; 4. Normal basic cognitive function, no psychological disorders and skin diseases; 5. Do not receive other conservative treatment during the treatment period.

排除标准:

1.非特发性脊柱侧凸; 2.合并风湿疾病、心脏、脑血管疾病; 3.Cobb 角>25°或有明显手术指征; 4.合并脊柱皮肤皮损、出血或有出血倾向; 5.运动禁忌症、伴有精神问题。

Exclusion criteria:

1.Non-idiopathic scoliosis; 2.Comorbid rheumatic diseases, heart or cerebrovascular diseases; 3.Cobb angle > 25° or clear surgical indications; 4.Comorbid spinal skin lesions, bleeding, or bleeding tendencies; 5.Contraindications to exercise or associated with psychiatric issues.

相干电刺激结合Schorth运动疗法组,将两路频率分别为4000Hz与4000±100Hz的正弦交流电,通过两组电极交叉输入人体,在电场线的交叉部位形成干扰电场,产生差频为0-100Hz的低频调制中频电流。相干电刺激每周3次,每次1h,共进行12周。Schroth运动疗法,每周3次,每次1h,共进行12周。

Coherent electrical stimulation combined with the Schorth exercise therapy group, two sinusoidal alternating currents with frequencies of 4000Hz and 4000±100Hz were intersected into the human body through the two sets of electrodes, and a disturbing electric field was formed at the intersection of the electric field lines, generating a low-frequency modulated intermediate frequency current with a difference frequency of 0-100Hz. Coherent electrical stimulation was performed 3 times a week for 1 h each time for a total of 12 weeks. Schroth exercise therapy, 3 times a week for 1 hour, for 12 weeks.

采用随机数字表法,由李奇产生随机序列。编制随机分配表,将入组序号,随机数字列入表中,然后用患者得到的随机数除以3,余数为0的是A组,余数为1的是B组,余数为2的是C组,随后将分组标识分布列入表中。 然后由褚晓蕾负责试验分组,李奇并不参与受试者的纳入。课题负责人,课题参与者和数据分析者三人每人一份随机量表。

The random number table method was adopted, and a random sequence was generated by Richie. A random assignment table was compiled, the enrollment number and random numbers were included in the table, and then the random number obtained by the patient was divided by 3, the remainder was 0 for group A, the remainder was 1 for group B, and the remainder was 2 for group C, and then the distribution of group identifiers was included in the table. Then Chu Xiaolei was in charge of the trial grouping, and Li Qi was not involved in the inclusion of subjects.
