研究目的：

1.分析口腔医生在诊疗操作中的工作姿势和肌肉负荷情况，识别存在的WMSDs风险。 2.探究四手操作技术在改善口腔医生WMSDs风险中的作用机制并构建口腔医生目标诊疗任务中的四手操作优化方案。 3.评价优化的四手操作方案在降低口腔医生WMSDs风险中的应用效果。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Analyze the working posture and muscle load of dentists during diagnosis and treatment operations, and identify the existing WMSDs risks. 2. Explore the mechanism of four-handed operation technology in improving the WMSDs risk of dentists and construct a four-handed operation optimization scheme in the target diagnosis and treatment tasks of dentists. 3. Evaluate the application effect of the optimized four-handed operation scheme in reducing the WMSDs risk of dentists.

纳入标准：

研究对象口腔科医生。 1.从事目标诊疗操作＞10年； 2.有四手操作护士配合进行诊疗工作经验； 3.自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

Dentist 1. Involved in the target diagnosis and treatment for more than 10 years; 2. Experienced in diagnosis and treatment with four-handed nurses; 3. Volunteered to participate in this study.

排除标准：

操作过程中有其他助手配合工作。

Other assistants cooperated during the operation.

本研究组成员均对评估及干预方法经过统一培训，确保评估及干预的准确性和均质性，成员分工明确。 评估指标聘用未参与研究对象分组和干预过程第三方人员，对分组情况不知情。 所有数据经两位课题组成员核对录入，在确保正确的前提下进行统计分析。 为每名研究对象建立管理档案，用于记录保存研究对象数据。 在数据分析过程中，必要时咨询统计学研究人员，听取专业人员的指导建议。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

All members of this research group have received uniform training in evaluation and intervention methods to ensure accuracy and homogeneity of evaluation and intervention, and the division of labour among members is clear. The evaluation indicators are hired by third parties who are not involved in the grouping and intervention process of the research subjects and are unaware of the grouping situation. All data are checked and entered by two members of the research team, and statistical analysis is performed on the premise of ensuring accuracy. An administrative file is created for each research subject to record and store the research subject's data. During the data analysis process, statistical researchers are consulted when necessary, and guidance and suggestions from experts are listened to.
