研究目的:

主要研究目的:研究围术期TCCD脑血流相关参数(时间平均流速(TAP),收缩期峰流速(PSV), 舒张末期流速(EDV), 阻力指数(RI),搏动指数(PI))变化与患者围术期认知功能障碍发生率的相关性。 次要研究目的:1.研究围术期TCCD脑血流相关参数(TAP、PSV、EDV、RI、PI)变化与脑电功率频谱(pdBSI、DAR、DTABR)变化是否具有相关性;2.研究围术期脑氧变化与脑电功率频谱(pdBSI、DAR、DTABR)变化是否具有相关性;3.研究围术期电功率频谱(pdBSI、DAR、DTABR)变化与患者围术期认知功能障碍发生率的相关性。  

Objectives of Study:

Main Objective: To investigate the correlation between perioperative TCCD cerebral blood flow parameters (time mean flow velocity (TAP), peak systolic flow velocity (PSV), end-diastolic flow velocity (EDV), resistance index (RI), pulse index (PI)) and the incidence of perioperative cognitive dysfunction. Secondary objectives: 1. To investigate whether perioperative changes in TCCD cerebral blood flow parameters (TAP, PSV, EDV, RI, PI) are correlated with changes in EEG power spectrum (pdBSI, DAR, DTABR); 2. 2. To investigate whether perioperative cerebral oxygen changes were correlated with changes in EEG power spectrum (pdBSI, DAR, DTABR); 3. To investigate the correlation between perioperative changes in electrical power spectrum (pdBSI, DAR, DTABR) and the incidence of perioperative cognitive dysfunction.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1、年龄>60周岁; 2、拟行全身麻醉的患者,手术时长>60分钟。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age> 60 years old; 2. For patients who plan to undergo general anesthesia, the operation time > 60 minutes.

排除标准:

1、对麻醉药物过敏; 2、已知困难气道、严重哮喘患者; 3、镇静镇痛药物使用史(或试验前药物筛选阳性); 4、神经系统疾病、精神疾病; 5、妊娠患者; 6、拒绝参与本实验的患者; 7、认知功能障碍、严重的听觉或视觉障碍; 8、正在进行其他药物研究。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Allergy to anesthetic drugs; 2. Patients with known difficult airway and severe asthma; 3. History of sedative and analgesic drug use (or positive pre-test drug screening); 4. Nervous system diseases and mental diseases; 5. Pregnant patients; 6. Patients who refuse to participate in this experiment; 7. Cognitive dysfunction, severe auditory or visual impairment; 8. Other drug research is underway.
