研究目的：

识别肺癌手术患者运动恐惧症的影响因素；构建并验证肺癌手术患者运动恐惧症风险预测模型；通过风险预测模型对各个影响因素重要性进行排序；根据该模型进行个体化的风险预测。  

Objectives of Study：

To identify the influencing factors of kinesiophobia in patients undergoing lung cancer surgery; to construct and validate a risk prediction model for kinesiophobia in patients undergoing lung cancer surgery; to rank the importance of each influencing factor by the risk prediction model; and to perform individualised risk prediction based on the model.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.非小细胞肺癌； 2.年龄≥18岁； 3.拟行肺癌手术； 4.无阅读与书写障碍、可独立完成问卷填写。

Inclusion criteria

1. non-small cell lung cancer; 2. age >=18 years; 3. proposed lung cancer surgery; 4. no reading and writing disabilities, and can complete the questionnaire independently.

排除标准：

1.患有运动禁忌症或运动限制性疾病的患者； 2.手术后经医生诊断不能早期下床活动的患者； 3.正在参与其他临床实验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients suffering from contraindications to exercise or exercise-limiting diseases; 2. Patients who cannot get out of bed early after surgery as diagnosed by the doctor; 3. Being involved in other clinical trials.
