研究目的：

基于我国的多中心体检人群数据构建胆结石发病健康人群队列，广泛探索胆结石发病风险相关因素并进行病因推断；并建立胆结石发病风险预测模型，并开展多中心预测模型准确性和外部适用性评价，实现胆结石的个体化精准预防和控制，以期能及早识别胆结石高风险患者，增强人们对该疾病的预防与控制意识。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the multi-center physical examination population data in China, a healthy population cohort for gallstone incidence will be constructed. Extensive exploration will be carried out on the factors related to the risk of gallstone incidence and etiological inferences will be made. In addition, a prediction model for the risk of gallstone incidence will be established, and evaluations on the accuracy and external applicability of the multi-center prediction model will be conducted, so as to achieve individualized and precise prevention and control of gallstones. It is hoped that patients at high risk of gallstones can be identified early and people's awareness of the prevention and control of this disease can be enhanced.

纳入标准：

1.本地区常住人群且定期参加体检 2.基线时临床数据完整 3.基线时未患胆结石

Inclusion criteria

1.Residents of this area who regularly participate in physical examinations. 2.Complete clinical data at baseline. 3.No history of gallstones at baseline.

排除标准：

1.非本地区常住人群 2.基线时已患胆结石、妊娠期妇女、严重心血管疾病或精神疾病史者 3.基线时临床数据不完整的参与者

Exclusion criteria：

1.Non-permanent residents of this area. 2.Individuals with gallstones at baseline, pregnant women, or those with severe cardiovascular or history of mental illness. 3.Those who have incomplete clinical data at baseline.
