研究目的：

1. 建立基于真实世界体检人群的 ILAs 临床数据库和生物标本库，描绘 ILAs病因谱的分布特征， ILAs 合并呼吸共病的比例以及 ILAs 自然病程和转归； 2. 结合影像学、生物标志物等危险因素，采用大数据、人工智能等前沿技术，筛选更多 ILA 发生及进展为 ILD 的危险因素和生物标志物，构建 ILA 期筛查、精准诊断、危险预警的智能化系统； 3. 在精准评估基础上，进一步探索 ILA 进展为 ILD高危患者精准化治疗策略并进行应用推广，提高间质性肺疾病诊治率，为患者提供高效精准的全程健康管理，减轻疾病负担。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Establish a clinical database and biobank for ILAs based on a real-world health check-up population to describe the distribution characteristics of the etiology spectrum of ILAs, the proportion of ILAs combined with respiratory comorbidities, and the natural course and outcomes of ILAs. 2. By integrating imaging, biomarkers, and other risk factors, and utilizing cutting-edge technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence, more risk factors and biomarkers for the occurrence and progression of ILAs to ILD will be identified. An intelligent system will be built for the screening, precise diagnosis, and risk prediction of ILAs. 3. Based on precise evaluation, further exploration of targeted treatment strategies for high-risk patients progressing from ILAs to ILD will be carried out, along with the application and promotion of these strategies. This will improve the diagnostic and treatment rates of interstitial lung diseases, provide efficient and precise comprehensive health management for patients, and reduce the burden of the disease.

纳入标准：

年龄＞40 岁，体检行胸部 CT发现肺部异常征象符合 ILAs 诊断标准（未疑诊 ILD 的人群行胸部影像学检查时偶然发现累及任意肺区至少 5%以上的非坠积性的肺间质异常 （磨玻璃影、 网状影、结构扭曲、牵拉性支气管扩张、蜂窝和非气肿性囊肿）的研究参与者

Inclusion criteria

Participants > 40 years of age who have lung abnormalities found on chest CT on physical examination that meet the diagnostic criteria for ILAs (non-falling interstitial lung abnormalities involving at least 5% of any lung area (ground-glass opacity, reticular opacity, structural distortion, traction bronchiectasis, honeycomb and non-emphysematous cyst) are incidentally found on chest imaging in people with unsuspected ILD.

排除标准：

既往诊断 CTD、ILD 的研究参与者；肺间质改变征象考虑与心衰相关的研究参与者；不愿意配合参加随访的研究参与者。

Exclusion criteria：

Participants with diagnosis of CTD, ILD; Signs of ILAs were considered in study participants associated with heart failure; Participants who are unwilling to cooperate with participation in follow-up visits.
