研究目的：

1.探究手术应激导致遗忘性轻度认知功能障碍老年骨科患者围术期微生物-肠-脑轴调节紊乱与术后近远期认知功能恶化的相关性。 2.探究围术期抗炎及益生菌干预能否降低遗忘性轻度认知功能障碍老年骨科患者术后近远期认知功能恶化的发生率。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Exploring the correlation between perioperative microbial-gut-brain axis dysregulation induced by surgical stress and the deterioration of short- and long-term cognitive function in elderly orthopedic patients with amnestic Mild Cognitive Impairment. 2. Exploring whether perioperative anti-inflammatory and probiotic interventions can reduce the incidence of postoperative short- and long-term cognitive decline in elderly orthopedic patients with amnestic Mild Cognitive Impairment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.ASA Ⅰ~Ⅲ级；
2.NYHA Ⅰ~Ⅱ级；
3.受教育年限大于9年；
4.首次行择期腰椎减压内固定术（1-3节段）；

Inclusion criteria

1.ASA Ⅰ~Ⅲ;
2.NYHA Ⅰ~Ⅱ;
3.More than 9 years of education;
4.Undergoing transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion for the first time (1-3 segments);

排除标准：

1.患者拒绝接受试验；
2.ASA>Ⅲ级；
3.意识不清，既往精神或心理疾患；
4.视力、听力或语言障碍；受教育年限<9年；
5.蒙特利尔认知测验低于低限值(中学≤22, 大学≤24为异常)；
6.既往服用镇静剂或抗抑郁药、长期嗜酒吸毒以及近期抗生素服用史；
7.癫痫；帕金森；脑血管性痴呆；半年内心梗等心血管疾患；半年内脑血管意外事件或半年以上并存神经系统后遗症；肿瘤疾患；急性创伤或炎症；

Exclusion criteria：

1.The patient declined to undergo the trial; 2.ASA>Ⅲ; 3.Unconsciousness, previous psychiatric or psychological illness; 4.Visual, hearing or language disorders; Years of education <9 years; 5.MoCA test below the lower limit (secondary school <= 22, college <= 24 as abnormal); 6.Previous use of sedatives or antidepressants, long-term use of alcohol and drugs, and recent use of antibiotics; 7.Epilepsy; Parkinson's disease; Cerebrovascular dementia; Cardiovascular diseases such as myocardial infarction within six months; Cerebrovascular accident within half a year or concurrent neurological sequelae over half a year; Tumor diseases; Acute trauma or inflammation;
