探讨气道压力改变法用于支气管封堵器定位在胸科手术麻醉中的安全性和可行性  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the safety and feasibility of airway pressure change method for bronchial occluder positioning in thoracic surgery anesthesia

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

18-75岁,性别不限,ASA 分级Ⅰ-Ⅱ级,BMI<35kg/m^2。拟行肺楔形部分切除、小肺段切除,心功能Ⅰ-Ⅱ级,肝肾肺功能未见明显异常。

Inclusion criteria

BMI<35kg/m^2,Inclusion criteria were age between 18 and 75 y, ASA physical status I-II, and planned for wedge resection or small pulmonary segment resection.

排除标准：

严重心血管疾病患者、 中枢神经系统障碍患者、严重肺疾病( 如慢性阻塞性肺疾病、肺不张等) 、更改手术方式、拒绝参与试验患者。

Exclusion criteria：

patients with severe cardiovascular diseases, conditions causing central nervous system disorders, severe lung diseases (such as chronic obstructive lung disease, pulmonary atelectasis, etc.), emergency surgery ,change the operation method and refuse to participate in the experiment.
