研究目的：

创建一个深度学习模型，该模型能够从便宜且普遍的X线胸片检查中准确识别左右心室功能障碍  

Objectives of Study：

The primary objective is the creation of a deep learning model that is capable of accurately identifying left and right ventricular dysfunction from inexpensive and prevalent examinations of CXRs.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. X 射线检查对象的年龄在 18 岁以上 90 岁以下 2.以 DICOM 格式提取全分辨率的胸部 X 光片 3. X 光片和超声心动图在 12 个月内完成 4. X 射线图像捕捉到心脏。 5. 仅包括后正前方 X 光片 6.具有所有相关连续三个测量值的超声心动图

Inclusion criteria

1. Chest X-rays in their full resolution are extracted in DICOM format 2. CXRs and echocardiograms performed within 12 months of each other 3. The age of the patients for whom the X-ray is performed is over 18 but under 90 years old 4. The X-ray image captures the RV. 5. only include posteroanterior frontal X-rays 6. Echocardiograms will be filtered to only those with all continuous measurements of interest

排除标准：

1.排除无连续测量值的超声心动图 2.排除胸廓畸形患者 3.排除侧位或前胸位片 4.排除心脏起搏器（PM）、植入式心律转复除颤器（ICD）或心脏移植（HT）和肺移植（LT）患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Exclude echocardiograms without continuous measurements 2. Exclude patients with thoracic deformities 3. Exclude lateral oranteroposterior films 4. Excluded patients with pacemakers(PM), implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs), or heart transplants (HTs), and lung transplants (LTs).

金标准或参考标准（即可准确诊断某疾病的单项方法或多项联合方法，在本研究中用于诊断是否有该病的临床参考标准）：

①超声心动图诊断心肌肥厚的金标准：男性受试者 IVSd值 > 1.5 厘米 或者 LVPWd值 > 1.5 厘米 ，女性受试者IVSd值 > 1.4 厘米 或者 LVPWd值 > 1.4 厘米。 ②超声心动图诊断左心室舒张功能障碍的金标准：受试者（E/A值 ≤ 0.8 或者 ≥2 ）并且 E’值≤50 厘米 / 秒。 ③超声心动图诊断右心室功能障碍的金标准：受试者FAC值 < 35% 或者 TAPSE值 > 15 mm或者 MPI值 > 4.3。

Gold Standard or Reference Standard (The clinical reference standards required to establish the presence or absence of the target condition in the tested population in present study):

In echocardiography, male subjects with an interventricular septal thickness at end-diastole (IVSd) value > 1.5 cm or a left ventricular posterior wall thickness at end-diastole (LVPWd) value > 1.5 cm, and female subjects with an IVSd value > 1.4 cm or an LVPWd value > 1.4 cm were labeled as having myocardial hypertrophy. Subjects with an early to late diastolic filling velocity ratio (E/A value) <= 0.8 or >= 2 and an early diastolic mitral annular velocity (E’ value) <= 50 cm/s were labeled as having left ventricular diastolic dysfunction. Subjects with a fractional area change of the basal segment (FAC) < 35% or a tricuspid annular plane systolic excursion (TAPSE) > 15 mm or a myocardial performance index (MPI) > 4.3 were labeled as having right ventricular dysfunction.
