研究目的：

探究基于新型无需重亚硫酸盐转化的DNA甲基化检测方法，以及粪便血红蛋白/转铁蛋白联合居家自检对无症状中国社区和体检人群结直肠肿瘤的筛查价值，确立适合中国人群的结直肠肿瘤筛查新技术新方案。  

Objectives of Study：

To determine screening value of novel DNA methylation detection method based on bisulfite-free site-specific methylation identification PCR strategy and home-based fecal hemoglobin/transferrin test for advanced colorectal neoplasia in asymptomatic Chinese communities and physical examination populations, and to establish effective advanced colorectal neoplasia screening modalities and strategies for Chinese population.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄45-74周岁；
2.未做过胃肠切除手术；

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged 45-74 years;
2.No history of colonic resection;

排除标准：

1.既往结直肠癌，并已接收过抗癌治疗；
2.已确认患有其他非消化道系统恶性肿瘤疾病的患者；
3.患严重心、脑、肺疾病或肝肾功能障碍或功能不全的患者；
4.严重精神障碍、语言交流障碍者；
5.妊娠期女性；

Exclusion criteria：

1.History of colorectal cancer, and had received cancer-related therapy;
2.Has other non-gastrointestinal malignant neoplastic diseases;
3.Has serious disease of the heart, head, lung, liver, and kidney;
4.Has severe mental disorders, or language communication disorder;
5.Pregnant women;
