研究目的：

1.利用光学相干断层扫描血流成像和自适应光学扫描激光检眼镜，评估咖啡对无视网膜病变的糖尿病患者和健康人视盘周围和黄斑区视网膜及脉络膜结构和血流的急性影响。 2.研究咖啡对无视网膜病变的糖尿病患者和健康人眼底结构和血流的影响是否存在差异。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To assess the acute effects of coffee on retinal and choroidal structure and blood flow in the optic disc and macular regions of diabetic patients without retinopathy and healthy individuals using optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA) and adaptive optics scanning laser ophthalmoscopy (AO-SLO). 2. To investigate whether there are differences in the effects of coffee on the retinal and choroidal structure and blood flow between diabetic patients without retinopathy and healthy individuals.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.健康人, 无视网膜病变的 2 型糖尿病患者； 2.患者年龄超过18岁； 3.能配合眼部检查； 4.参与者的最佳矫正视力至少为 20/20，轴长（AL）<25 毫米，球面屈光度在 + 3 和 -3 D之间

Inclusion criteria

1. Healthy individuals, type 2 diabetic patients without retinopathy; 2. Participants aged over 18 years; 3. Able to cooperate with eye examinations; 4. Participants must have a best-corrected visual acuity of at least 20/20, axial length (AL) < 25 mm, and spherical refractive error between +3 and -3 D.

排除标准：

1.患有糖尿病视网膜病变的糖尿病患者； 2.未控制的糖尿病（HbA1c > 10%）； 3.器质性疾病包括心脑血管，肝肾疾病等全身性疾病；高血压患者，以及不能配合完成OCTA检查和自适应光学检查者；不能耐受咖啡者； 4.眼外伤史、眼底激光及各类眼科手术史、存在其他视网膜疾病、青光眼史、屈光介质不透明（如白内障或严重玻璃体出血）

Exclusion criteria：

1. Diabetic patients with diabetic retinopathy; 2. Uncontrolled diabetes (HbA1c > 10%); 3. Organic diseases including cardiovascular, hepatic, renal, and other systemic diseases; hypertensive patients, as well as those who cannot cooperate with OCTA and adaptive optics examinations, or those who cannot tolerate coffee; 4. History of ocular trauma, retinal laser treatments, or any ophthalmic surgeries, presence of other retinal diseases, history of glaucoma, or media opacities (such as cataracts or severe vitreous hemorrhage).
