研究目的：

本研究旨在探究高原血栓性疾病遗传易感基因与高原低压缺氧环境的关联性，挖掘世居人群和移居人群潜在血栓性疾病易感基因，调查复合遗传变异组合对高原血栓性疾病遗传风险的评估能力。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to investigate the correlation between genetic susceptibility genes associated with plateau thrombotic diseases and the low-pressure hypoxic environment characteristic of plateaus. It seeks to identify potential susceptibility genes for thrombotic diseases in both long-established and immigrant populations. Additionally, the study will examine the effects of compound genetic variation combinations on the genetic risk associated with plateau thrombotic diseases.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.≥18周岁； 2.世居和移居高原； 3.病例组根据影像学和实验室检查明确诊断血栓患者，包括静脉血栓（下肢静脉血栓、肺栓塞、颅内静脉窦血栓）和动脉血栓（急性心肌梗死、急性脑梗死、急性动脉栓塞）； 4.自愿参与研究项目并在知情同意书上签字

Inclusion criteria

1. Participants must be 18 years or older; 2. Individuals must have lived in or relocated to the plateau; 3. The case group was diagnosed with thrombosis based on imaging and laboratory tests, which included venous thrombosis (specifically, venous thrombosis of the lower limbs, pulmonary embolism, and intracranial sinus thrombosis) as well as arterial thrombosis (such as acute myocardial infarction, acute cerebral infarction, and acute arterial embolism); 4. Participants must voluntarily agree to participate in the research project and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.就诊前因其它疾病接受抗凝治疗的患者，如急性心肌梗塞； 2精神性疾病或智力障碍患者； 3.用药依从性差，拒绝接受规律抗凝治疗的患者； 4.恶性肿瘤患者； 5.临床信息及相关检查信息不全者； 6.患者拒绝留取血液样本。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who received anticoagulant treatment for other conditions prior to the current treatment, such as acute myocardial infarction; 2. Patients with mental illness or intellectual disabilities; 3. Patients exhibiting poor medication compliance and who refuse to adhere to regular anticoagulant treatment; 4. Patients diagnosed with malignant tumors; 5. Cases with incomplete clinical and relevant examination information; 6. Patients who refuse to provide blood samples.
