研究目的：

本研究通过了解当前非酒精性脂肪肝患者健康现状，结合文献回顾和专家咨询，构建基于数字疗法平台爱体App的多学科协作非酒精性脂肪肝患者生活方式干预方案。通过随机对照试验检验该干预方案的应用效果，提高患者自我管理水平和依从性，维持健康行为，解决非酒精性脂肪肝患者生活方式管理问题，达到提高生活质量和延缓疾病进展的目的。  

Objectives of Study：

To assess the current health status of NAFLD patients, combined with literature review and expert consultation, this study built a multidisciplinary collaborative lifestyle intervention program for NAFLD patients based on the digital therapy platform. Randomized controlled trials were conducted to test the application effect of the intervention program, improve the self-management level and compliance of patients, maintain healthy behaviors, solve the lifestyle management problems of NAFLD patients, and achieve the purpose of improving the quality of life and delaying the disease progression.

纳入标准：

①年龄18～65岁； ②有一定的语言沟通及文字理解能力； ③签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Age 18-65 years old; Have certain language communication and text understanding ability; Sign informed consent.

排除标准：

①其他原因引起的脂肪肝，例如他莫昔芬等药物； ②合并有严重心、肝、肾等疾病； ③精神疾病、智力障碍者和孕妇等。

Exclusion criteria：

Fatty liver caused by other causes, such as tamoxifen and other drugs; Complicated with serious heart, liver, kidney and other diseases; Mental illness, intellectual disability and pregnant women.

对研究对象设盲，患者招募入组时未告知其分组情况。干预实施者为护士，资料收集者为研究者，由于护士对生活方式干预措施十分熟悉，无法避免知晓患者的分组情况，未对干预实施者施盲。

Blinding：

Study subjects and data collectors were blinded, and patients were not informed about their grouping when recruited.The intervention practitioner was the nurse and the data collector was the researcher. Because the nurses were very familiar with the lifestyle interventions, they could not avoid knowing the grouping situation of the patients and did not blind the intervention executor.?
