研究目的：

本研究旨在比较不同分期股骨头坏死患者的足底压力分布及步行表现，并将健康同龄人与足部姿势作为协变量相匹配。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to compare plantar-pressure distribution and walking performance in patients with different stages of femoral head necrosis, and to match healthy peers with foot posture as covariates.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.经双侧髋关节正、侧位X光片、双髋关节CT以及双髋关节MRI诊断为股骨头骨坏死，且在国际骨循环研究会（ARCO）分期的Ⅰ-Ⅳ期； 2.年龄：18-60岁，性别不限； 3.关节尚未塌陷或塌陷<2mm； 4.可以不扶拐步行200米； 5.回顾性研究纳入标准：从2024年7月到2024年12月通过Right Gait&Posture 系统测量的所有人群。

Inclusion criteria

1.Osteonecrosis of the femoral head was diagnosed by bilateral positive and lateral X-rays of the hip joints, CT of both hip joints, and MRI of both hip joints, and was presented in stage Ⅰ to stage IV of the International Study of Bone Circulation (ARCO). 2. Age: 18-60 years old, gender unlimited; 3. The joint has not collapsed or collapsed <2mm; 4. You can walk 200 meters without crutches; 5.Retrospective study inclusion criteria: All populations measured by the Right Gait&Posture system from July 2024 to December 2024.

排除标准：

1.合并骨折者； 2.股骨头软骨塌陷>2mm、败血症性关节炎、快速破环性关节炎； 3.处于免疫抑制状态或服用免疫抑制药物者； 4.有严重的心、肝、肾功能不全者； 5.不能独立步行者； 6.不愿配合者以及医生确定的不合格。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with combined fracture; 2. Femoral head cartilage collapse >2mm, septicemic arthritis, rapid breaking arthritis; 3. Patients in immunosuppressive state or taking immunosuppressive drugs; 4. Patients with severe cardiac, liver and renal insufficiency; 5. Unable to walk independently; 6. Uncooperative and medically determined ineligible.
