研究目的：

探讨麻醉术前访视评定的营养状态可预测择期非心脏手术患者不良转归的预测价值。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the predictive value of nutritional status assessed by anesthesia preoperative visit in predicting adverse outcomes in patients undergoing elective non-cardiac surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、年龄18-90岁； 2、美国麻醉医生协会（American society of anesthesiologists，ASA）分级：I-III级； 3、纽约心功能分级（New York Heart Association，NYHA）：I-II级； 4、本次住院期间首次接受手术； 5、患者和（或）其家属同意参加，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age18-90; 2. American society of anesthesiologists:I-III; 3. New York Heart Association:I-II; 4. The hospital during the first surgery; 5. Patients and/or their family members agree to participate and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1、存在严重精神异常、神经系统疾病及语言障碍无法配合相关检查和交流的患者； 2、术前入住ICU史或抢救史； 3、同时参加其他临床试验的患者； 4、患者及家属拒绝参加或中途退出本研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe mental disorders, neurological disorder and language disorders who are unable to cooperate with the relevant examinations and communication; 2. The history of ICU Stay or rescue before operation; 3. Patients who participated in other clinical trials at the same time; 4. Patients and their family members who refused to participate in the study or withdrew from the study.
