研究目的：

探究能够预测肾病综合征患儿激素耐药性的有效生物标志物。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore effective biomarkers for predicting hormone resistance in children with nephrotic syndrome

纳入标准：

1.所有患儿均符合中华医学会儿科学分会肾脏学组制定的《儿童激素敏感、复发／依赖肾病综合征诊治循证指南（2016）》中关于PNS诊断标准并诊断为初发的原发性肾病综合征，排除继发性肾病综合征； 2.依从性好，同意进行本研究的。

Inclusion criteria

1. All the children met the diagnostic criteria for PNS in the Evidence-based Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Hormone-Sensitive, Relapsed/Dependent Nephrotic Syndrome in Children (2016) formulated by the Nephrology Group of the Pediatrics Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, and were diagnosed as primary nephrotic syndrome, excluding secondary nephrotic syndrome; 2. Good compliance and consent to this study.

排除标准：

1.存在糖尿病、甲状腺疾病疾病、免疫系统疾病； 2.精神异常患者； 3.合并过敏性紫癜、系统性红斑狼疮、病毒性肝炎等可能诱发继发性肾病综合征的患者； 4.不符合纳入标准或资料不全者； 5.不愿配合本调查者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. diabetes, thyroid disease, immune system disease; 2. Patients with mental disorders; 3. Patients with allergic purpura, systemic lupus erythematosus, viral hepatitis, etc., may induce secondary nephrotic syndrome; 4. Those who do not meet the inclusion criteria or have incomplete data; 5. Unwilling to cooperate with the investigator.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据录入过程要求由双人背靠背录入双份，如果两人录入不一致，应核对原始数据后再录入正确的数据。参与录入的人员，需进行必要录入培训。在数据录入完成后，由数据管理员按数据核查计划内容编写数据核查程序，导出可能潜在的数据错误或疑问。数据核查与清理发现的任何问题，均应及时通知监查员，要求研究者作出回答。各种疑问及解答应应用疑问表，包括要求对数据的补充和复核等。所有疑问表和错误数据内容及修改结果应有详细记录并妥善保存。在数据清理完成后，由主要研究者、统计学家、数据管理员共同对数据库内数据进行核对和评价，所有数据疑问质询均已进行澄清和解答后，对数据库进行锁定。锁定后的数据文件不允许再作变动,以防止产生误操作及未经授权的修改。将锁定后的数据库进行数据传递或交统计分析人员进行统计分析。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

In the process of data entry, two people are required to enter two copies back-to-back. If the two people do not enter the same data, the original data should be checked before the correct data is entered. Personnel involved in entry shall undergo necessary entry training. After data entry is completed, the data manager shall write data verification procedures according to the data verification plan, and export potential data errors or questions. Any problems found in data verification and cleaning should be notified to the inspector in time, and researchers should be asked to answer them. Various questions and answers should be applied to the question table, including requests for data supplement and review. All question table and error data content and modification results should be recorded in detail and properly stored. After the data cleaning is completed, the main researchers, statisticians, and data administrators should check and evaluate the data in the database together. After all the data questions have been clarified and answered, the database is locked. The locked data file cannot be modified to prevent misoperation and unauthorized modification. The locked database will undergoing data transfer or submiting to statistical analysts for statistical analysis.
