研究目的：

该研究旨在全面了解排球运动员的身体机能、形态、关节功能和运动力学特征，为训练、康复、选材等提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to comprehensively understand the body function, morphology, joint function, and motion mechanics characteristics of volleyball players, to provide the scientific basis for training, rehabilitation, and material selection.

纳入标准：

排球一级、二级、健将运动员 近期无急性损伤。 关节无明显功能障碍，能够完成基本的下肢运动测试。 自愿参与研究，并签署知情同意书。 能够按照研究计划参加所有训练和测试活动。

Inclusion criteria

Volleyball first, second, strong athletes No recent acute injury. No obvious joint dysfunction can complete the basic lower limb movement test. Volunteer to participate in the study and sign the informed consent. Ability to participate in all training and testing activities according to the research plan.

排除标准：

有下肢关节或肌肉的明显损伤，可能影响测试结果。 正在使用可能影响表现的药物，如类固醇等。 有严重的心理问题，可能影响训练和测试的参与度。 无法保证参与所有训练和测试活动的个体。 非等级运动员。 近期有急性损伤。

Exclusion criteria：

There is significant damage to the joints or muscles of the lower extremities that may affect the test results. Medications that may affect performance, such as steroids, are being used. Have serious psychological problems that may affect participation in training and testing. Individuals participating in all training and testing activities cannot be guaranteed.
