Objectives of Study：

Explore the effectiveness and safety of double umbrella shaped and mushroom umbrella shaped occluders in the treatment of chronic upper gastrointestinal airway fistula, and analyze their influencing factors.

纳入标准：

2020年09月01日-2024年06月31日期间在江苏省人民医院消化内科接受双伞状或菇伞状封堵器治疗的慢性上消化道气道瘘患者。

Inclusion criteria

Patients with chronic upper gastrointestinal airway fistula who received double umbrella or mushroom shaped occluder treatment in the Gastroenterology Department of Jiangsu Provincial People's Hospital from September 1, 2020 to June 31, 2024.

排除标准：

随访时间不满6月或关键临床资料缺失的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with follow-up time less than 6 months or missing key clinical data.
