研究目的：

对比冠脉造影下冠脉钙化评价新的标准与传统标准优劣，同时明确新的标准评价下的重度冠脉钙化冠脉介入治疗并发症发生率。  

Objectives of Study：

Compare the advantages and disadvantages of the new and traditional coronary artery calcification evaluation standards under coronary angiography, and clarify the incidence of complications related to coronary interventional treatment in patients with severe coronary artery calcification under the new evaluation standards.

纳入标准：

1.同时完成了心脏CTA和冠脉造影的冠心病患者。2.于2024年1月1日至2024年12月31日就诊于河北大学附属医院的冠心病患者

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with coronary artery disease who underwent both cardiac CTA and coronary angiography; 2. Patients with coronary artery disease treated at Hebei University Affiliated Hospital from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024.

排除标准：

既往冠脉搭桥的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with a history of coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG).

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This study will use an electronic case report form (CRF) to collect clinical data from participants. The design of the CRF strictly adheres to the study protocol to ensure data completeness, accuracy, and consistency. An electronic data capture and management system (EDC) will be utilized, and study data will be collected and managed electronically via the ResMan system (http://www.medresman.org).
