研究目的：

旨在软组织外科学思路对慢性非特异性腰背痛发病机制新认识的指导下，尝试增加发散式体外冲击波治疗部位，探讨是否能进一步提高慢性非特异性腰背痛的临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

In light of the recently developed understanding of the pathophysiology of chronic non-specific low back pain in the soft tissue surgery basement, we attempt to investigate whether expanding the radial extracorporeal shock wave's treatment region can enhance the clinical outcome of chronic non-specific low back pain.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄在40-70 岁；（2）符合2022版《中国非特异性腰背痛临床诊疗指南》慢性非特异性腰背痛诊断标准；（3）1 个月内未进行可能影响试验结果的操作，如关节腔内注射、物理治疗或手术治疗等；（4）自愿参加临床试验并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Between the ages of 40 and 70; (2) Complies with the diagnostic criteria for chronic non-specific low back pain in the 2022 edition of the Chinese Clinical Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Non Specific Low Back Pain; (3) No procedures that could influence the test results, including intra-articular injection, physical therapy or surgery, have been carried out in the previous month; (4) Voluntarily take part in clinical trials and provide informed consent.

排除标准：

（1） 合并有严重心、脑、肝、肾和造血系统疾病及精神异常的患者;（2） 妊娠、哺乳期妇女及过敏体质者;（3） 治疗局部皮肤有外伤、炎症及感染等不适于冲击波治疗者;（4）难以对问卷做出客观的回答及得到客观评价者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Individuals suffering from severe illnesses of the heart, brain, kidney, liver, hematopoietic system, and mental problems; (2) Women who are pregnant or nursing, and individuals with allergic constitution;For patients with local skin injuries, inflammation, and infections that are not suitable for shock wave therapy; (4) Patients who find it difficult to provide objective answers and evaluations to the questionnaire.
