研究目的：

1）通过比较全中枢放疗中海马保护性与非保护性计划的剂量学差异，证明全中枢放疗中海马保护性计划的优势； 2）通过在全中枢放疗中保护海马可改善认知功能，对病人的记忆力，认知功能的保护，提升生活质量； 3）为后续临床研究提供参考价值。  

Objectives of Study：

1) By comparing the metrological differences between hippocampus-protective and non-protective plans in whole-center radiotherapy, the advantages of hippocampus-protective plans in whole-center radiotherapy are proved; 2) By protecting the hippocampus in whole-center radiotherapy, cognitive function can be improved, the patient's memory and cognitive function can be protected, and the quality of life can be improved; 3) It provides reference value for subsequent clinical research.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

收集2021年9月-2024年12月于成都京东方医院接受全脑全脊髓照射保护海马的患者基本信息，靶区相关指标，该结果为观察组；医生对患者的靶区进行再次勾画，删除海马，同一个物理师再次对核算计划，收集靶区相关指标，该结果为对照组 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

The basic information of patients who received whole-brain and whole-spinal cord irradiation to protect the hippocampus in Chengdu BOE Hospital from September 2021 to December 2024 are collected, and the relevant indicators of the target area are collected, and the result is the observation group. The doctor re-delineated the patient's target area and deleted the hippocampus. The same physiotherapist calculated the plan again and collected the target area-related indicators. This result is the control group. 

纳入标准：

1、年龄在8-60岁； 2、 被诊断为白血病，且存在中枢性脑白； 3、 自愿（或监护人）签署知情同意书； 4、没有放疗禁忌症；

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 8-60 years old; 2. Diagnosed with leukemia and central nervous system leukemia; 3. Voluntarily (or guardian) signs the informed consent form; 4. No contraindications to radiotherapy;

排除标准：

1、 有认知障碍或者语言障碍不能沟通； 2、本人或监护人不签署知情同意书； 3、存在放疗禁忌症； 4、 怀孕；

Exclusion criteria：

1 Cognitive impairment or language barrier that prevents communication; 2 The patient or guardian refuses to sign the informed consent form; 3 Contraindications to radiotherapy; 4 Pregnancy;
