研究目的：

针对目前肺康复供需严重失衡的现状，本研究希望通过大数据与人工智能技术，长期远程督导老年肺功能不良患者进行定期的肺康复训练，同时记录比较患者康复训练的动作规范程度，并评估规范程度与康复效果的关系，以此探索数字技术在在医疗健康中的应用场景，以数据驱动慢性肺部疾病患者的主动健康管理。  

Objectives of Study：

In view of the current serious imbalance between supply and demand of pulmonary rehabilitation, this study hopes to use big data and artificial intelligence technology to remotely supervise elderly patients with poor pulmonary function to carry out regular pulmonary rehabilitation training for a long time, record and compare the degree of action standardization of patients' rehabilitation training, and evaluate the relationship between the degree of standardization and rehabilitation effect, so as to explore the application scenarios of digital technology in medical and health care, and drive the active health management of patients with chronic lung diseases with data.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.有呼吸困难、活动耐量下降等呼吸系统相关症状，或者肺功能检查显示中重度气流受限(FEV1预计值30-80%)； 2.最近3个月内未发生慢性肺部疾病急性加重，无需住院治疗； 3.年龄在60-80岁之间（含60岁和80岁）； 4.同意签署知情同意书，自愿参与本项目，并有配合和耐受的能力。

Inclusion criteria

1. Have respiratory symptoms such as dyspnea, decreased exercise tolerance, or moderate to severe airflow limitation (FEV1 predicted value is 30-80%) on pulmonary function test; 2. No acute exacerbation of chronic lung disease and no need for hospitalization in the past 3 months; 3. Age between 60 and 80 years old (including 60 and 80 years old); 4. Agree to sign informed consent, voluntarily participate in the project, and have the ability to cooperate and tolerate.

排除标准：

1.合并严重心血管疾病、神经肌肉疾病以及其他肺部相关疾病等； 2.处于疾病急性期或慢性疾病急性加重期； 3.认知能力低下，或有精神疾病史； 4.正在参加其他临床试验； 5.预计未来3个月内可能离开现居住地。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Complicated with severe cardiovascular diseases, neuromuscular diseases and other pulmonary related diseases; 2. In the acute stage of disease or acute exacerbation of chronic disease; 3.Low cognitive abilities, or a history of mental illness; 4.Participating in other clinical trials; 5.Expect to leave the present place of residence within the next 3 months.
