研究目的：

本课题拟在使用中医舌诊智能平台基础上，以中风病为研究对象，同时系统采集患者中医四诊信息及临床资料，如体质指数（body mass index, BMI）、家族史等，利用人工智能的算法构建基于患者舌面象信息采集、AI 识别、健康智能检测。此外，基于上述信息与中医辨证结果，构建智能中医辨证模型。最终，将研究结果以器械软件的形式开发出来，只需要输入患者舌面部照片及问诊信息，便可获得患者健康状态，以及目前的中医证型，为中风分级管理和疾病预防提供有效服务。  

Objectives of Study：

This project intends to use the intelligent platform of TCM tongue diagnosis, take stroke as the research object, and systematically collect the information and clinical data of the patient's TCM four diagnoses, such as body mass index (BMI), family history disease, etc., and use the algorithm of artificial intelligence to construct the information collection, AI recognition, and health intelligent detection of the patient's tongue and face image. In addition, based on the above information and the results of TCM syndrome differentiation, an intelligent TCM syndrome differentiation model was constructed. Finally, the research results were developed in the form of device software, and only the patient's tongue and face photos and consultation information need to be input to obtain the patient's health status and the current TCM syndrome type, so as to provide effective services for stroke grading management and disease prevention.

纳入标准：

①所有患者均被诊断为脑中风，诊断符合国家中医药管理局全国中医脑病急症科研协作组在1996年制定的中风病诊断与疗效评定标准当中的原则； ②本文所有患者签署知情同意书； ③患者临床资料完整； ④自愿参加本项临床试验，知情同意并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) All patients were diagnosed with stroke, and the diagnosis conformed to the principles in the criteria for the diagnosis and efficacy evaluation of stroke formulated by the National Encephalopathy Emergency Research Group of the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1996; (2) All patients in this article signed the informed consent form; (3) The patient's clinical data is complete; (4) Those who voluntarily participate in this clinical trial, give informed consent and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

①因精神疾病或其他原因不易随访和不合作者； ②具有严重疾病或同时伴有多种疾病者； ③根据研究者判断，容易造成失访者，或不宜入选的其他原因。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those who are not easy to follow up and do not cooperate due to mental illness or other reasons; (2) Those with serious diseases or multiple diseases at the same time; (3) According to the judgment of the investigator, it is easy to cause loss to follow-up, or other reasons that are not suitable for selection.
