研究目的：

本研究旨在评估环泊酚与丙泊酚在老年患者眼科全麻手术对诱导期血流动力学及术后苏醒质量的影响，同时比较环泊酚与丙泊酚在老年患者眼科全麻手术中的不良反应发生率，并分析环泊酚在老年患者眼科全麻手术中的应用安全性和优势，为临床麻醉提供参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to evaluate the effects of ciprofol and propofol on hemodynamics during the induction period and postoperative recovery quality in elderly patients undergoing ophthalmic general anesthesia, and to compare the incidence of adverse reactions between ciprofol and propofol in elderly patients undergoing ophthalmic general anesthesia. Furthermore, this study aims to analyze the safety and advantages of ciprofol in elderly patients undergoing ophthalmic general anesthesia, and to provide reference for clinical anesthesia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.ASA分级为I-III级； 2.年龄≥60岁； 3.BMI18.5～29.9kg/m^2； 4.拟行眼科喉罩全麻手术的患者；

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients with ASA grade I-III; 2.>=60 years old; 3.BMI18.5 ~ 29.9kg/m^2; 4.Patients undergoing general anesthesia with laryngeal mask for ophthalmology;

排除标准：

1.存在饱胃、口咽部结构异常、胃食管反流病等喉罩应用禁忌证；
2.患有严重心脑血管疾病；
3.肝肾功能严重障碍、精神疾病或认知功能障碍的患者；
4.长期服用镇静镇痛药、对研究药物过敏的患者；
5.预计手术时间过长（超过4小时）或过短（小于30分钟）的患者；
6.高血压患者用药控制者≥160/100mmHg；

Exclusion criteria：

1. There are contraindications of laryngeal mask application such as fullness of stomach, abnormal oropharyngeal structure and gastroesophageal reflux disease; 2. Suffering from severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 3. Patients with severe impairment of liver and kidney function, mental illness or cognitive dysfunction; 4. Patients who have been taking sedatives and analgesics for a long time and are allergic to the study drug; 5. Patients who expect surgery time to be too long (more than 4 hours) or too short (less than 30 minutes); 6. Hypertensive patients with drug control >=160/100mmHg;
