研究目的：

本研究在证据和理论基础上，通过混合研究设计，基于HAPA过程理论模型，构建适合我国以家庭为中心学龄前儿童的口腔健康教育方案。具体研究目标：①构建基于HAPA理论以家庭为中心学龄前儿童口腔健康教育方案；②验证该方案的可行性及有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

This study is based on evidence and theory, based on the theoretical model of HAPA process, to construct an oral health education program suitable for family-centered preschool children in China. Specific research objectives: ① To construct a family-centered oral health education program for preschool children based on HAPA theory; ② to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of this program.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

将纳入的研究对象随机分为实验组和对照组，干预周期为3个月，分别为前意向阶段(T1期/第1个月)、意向阶段(T2期/第2个月)、行动及维持阶段(T3期/第3个月)。，干预地点为蜀山区某幼儿园会议室内。实验组采用HAPA理论分阶段指导配合“洁牙宝”小程序使用建立良好的口腔卫生行为习惯，对照组采用常规口腔健康教育模式，不增加任何额外项目。通过比较两组T0、T1、T2这三个时期各项指标验证干预方案有效性。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

The included subjects were randomized into experimental and control groups with an intervention period of pre-intention (T1 / month 1), intention (T2 / month 2), and action and maintenance (T3 / 3 month)., The intervention site was held in the conference room of a kindergarten in Shushan District. The experimental group used HAPA theory to guide and use the "dental cleaning treasure" mini program to establish good oral hygiene habits, and the control group adopted routine oral health education mode without adding any additional items. The effectiveness of the intervention program was verified by comparing the two groups of T0, T1 and T2. 

纳入标准：

①儿童身体健康，无重大疾病； ②同意签署知情同意书； ③儿童年龄为 3-6，年龄=调查日期-出生日期，取实足年龄； ④照护者和儿童为合肥市蜀山区常住人口； ⑤照护者具有参加问卷调查的意愿和能力； ⑥照护者为负责儿童日常生活的主要照顾者； ⑦在调查期间未参加其它相关项目。

Inclusion criteria

1. Children are healthy and without serious diseases; 2. agreed to sign informed consent; 3. child age 3-6, age = survey date-birth date, full age; 4. caregivers and children are the resident population of Shushan District of Hefei; 5. caregivers have the willingness and ability to participate in the questionnaire; 6. caregiver is the main caregivers responsible for the daily life of children; 7. did not participate in other related items during the survey.

排除标准：

①患有急性扁桃体炎和/或急性咽炎的儿童； ②患有全身性系统性疾病的儿童； ③患有精神疾病的儿童； ④长期服用抗生素。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Children with acute tonsillitis and / or acute pharyngitis; 2. Children with systemic systemic illness; 3. Children with mental illness; 4. long-term antibiotics.
