研究目的：

本研究拟通过对抑郁症患者实施基于VR的运动训练，观察VR运动对抑郁症治疗效果的影响，为抑郁症运动疗法的实施提供新的方向；并通过不同运动强度的效果比较，探索运动强度与治疗效果的剂量效应关系，为抑郁症运动疗法的实施提供实验数据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to observe the effect of VR exercise on the treatment of depression by implementing VR-based exercise training for depression patients, and provide a new direction for the implementation of exercise therapy for depression. The dose-effect relationship between exercise intensity and treatment effect was explored by comparing the effect of different exercise intensity, which provided experimental data for the implementation of exercise therapy for depression.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合国际疾病分类第10版（ICD-10）中轻度和中度抑郁障碍的诊断标准；②年龄18～44周岁，性别不限，小学及以上文化程度；③入院前1个月未参加有规律的运动；④能耐受高强度运动测试；⑤对本研究知情同意，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for mild and moderate depressive disorder in the International Classification of Diseases, 10th Edition (ICD-10); 2. Age 18-44 years old, gender unlimited, primary school education or above; 3. Did not participate in regular exercise 1 month before admission; 4. Can withstand high-intensity exercise test; 5. Give informed consent to this study and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

①合并其他精神障碍者；②患有或有较高风险的晕动病，并伴有严重眩晕、昏厥和癫痫发作等癫痫症状者；③目前患有严重的躯体疾病不适宜进行运动者或有运动禁忌症的患者；④妊娠或哺乳期妇女；⑤对运动疗法极度排斥者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with other mental disorders; People who have or have a higher risk of motion sickness, accompanied by severe dizziness, fainting and seizures and other epileptic symptoms; Patients who are currently suffering from serious physical diseases and are not suitable for exercise or have contraindications to exercise; Pregnant or lactating women; The extreme rejection of exercise therapy.
