研究目的：

（1）建立GDM孕早期血浆的eccDNA表达谱数据库。 （2）从GDM血浆中筛选出 1-3个潜在的eccDNA标志物，并临床验证其特异性、灵敏性和可行性，远期目标是建立一种新的准确无创的GDM孕早期预测方法。 （3）分析目标eccDNA标志物在血浆中的表达情况，明确其与GDM的关系，研究揭示其在GDM疾病发生发展中的作用。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Establish a database of eccDNA expression profiles in early pregnancy plasma of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) patients. (2) Screen 1-3 potential eccDNA markers from GDM plasma and clinically validate their specificity, sensitivity, and feasibility. The long-term goal is to establish a new, accurate, and non-invasive early prediction method for GDM. (3) Analyze the expression of target eccDNA markers in plasma, clarify their relationship with GDM, and study their role in the occurrence and development of GDM.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）孕 11-13+6 周孕妇； 2）计划于本机构规律产检的孕妇。

Inclusion criteria

1. Pregnant women at 11-13+6 weeks of gestation; 2. Pregnant women planning regular antenatal examinations at this institution.

排除标准：

1）既往糖尿病诊断明确者； 2）双胎或多胎妊娠孕妇； 3）有严重的急性或慢性疾病：如严重的肝功能异常、肾功能异常、甲状腺功能异常、心脑血管疾病、肺炎、肺结核等呼吸系统疾病、系统性红斑狼疮、类风湿关节炎等自身免疫性疾病、血液系统或肿瘤相关疾病等； 4）受试者本人或家属无法理解配合该研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Previously diagnosed with diabetes;
2) Pregnant with twins or multiple pregnancies;
3) Severe acute or chronic diseases, such as severe liver dysfunction, renal dysfunction, thyroid dysfunction, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, pneumonia, pulmonary tuberculosis, respiratory system diseases, systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, autoimmune diseases, blood system or tumor-related diseases, etc.
4) The subject or their family members are unable to understand or cooperate with the study.
