研究目的：

肠道菌群与肠道健康之间存在密切关系，在维持肠道健康、消化食物、合成维生素、调节免疫系统等方面起着重要作用。燕麦β葡聚糖等膳食纤维作为一种重要的营养素有助于有益菌群的生长，维持肠道菌群的平衡，产生短链脂肪酸、氨基酸、维生素等代谢物，对整体肠道健康产生重要影响。但目前缺乏燕麦β葡聚糖调控肠道菌群和代谢物的人群证据。故本研究使用燕麦β葡聚糖干预受试者，收集粪便及血液样本，解析燕麦β葡聚糖调控的肠道菌群和代谢物特征。  

Objectives of Study：

There is a close relationship between gut microbes and intestinal health, which plays an important role in maintaining intestinal health, digesting food, synthesizing vitamins, regulating the immune system, etc. Dietary fiber such as oat beta-glucan, as an important nutrient, helps the growth of beneficial flora, maintains the balance of intestinal flora, produces metabolites such as short-chain fatty acids, amino acids, and vitamins, and has an important impact on overall intestinal health. However, there is currently a lack of population evidence that oat beta-glucan regulates gut microbes and metabolites. Therefore, this study used oat beta-glucan to intervene in subjects, collected feces and blood samples, and analyzed the characteristics of gut microbes and metabolites regulated by oat beta-glucan.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 对本研究已充分了解并自愿签署知情同意书； 2. 年龄大于18岁； 3. 可提供静脉血液样本和粪便样本； 4. 干预前一个月内及干预期间内饮食习惯相对稳定。

Inclusion criteria

1. Fully understand this study and voluntarily sign the informed consent form; 2. Aged over 18 years old; 3. Able to provide venous blood samples and stool samples; 4. Eating habits are relatively stable within one month before the intervention and during the intervention period.

排除标准：

1. 无法遵守研究方案或研究程序； 2. 一个月内口服过抗生素； 3.一个月内做过胃肠镜； 4. 患有肠道易激症候群、克罗恩病或溃疡性结肠炎； 5. 干预前一个月内服用膳食纤维制剂、益生元及益生菌制剂； 6. 对燕麦成分过敏； 7. 妊娠（用药前妊娠检测阳性）或正在哺乳的女性； 8. 有临床显著意义的代谢异常﹑体格检查异常或实验室检查异常； 9. 研究者认为不适宜入选本研究的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Unable to comply with the research protocol or research procedures; 2. Oral antibiotics within one month; 3. Had a gastrointestinal endoscopy within one month; 4. Suffering from irritable bowel syndrome, Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis; 5. Take dietary fiber preparations, prebiotics and probiotic preparations within one month before intervention; 6. Allergic to oat ingredients; 7. Women who are pregnant (positive pregnancy test before taking the drug) or breastfeeding; 8. Clinically significant metabolic abnormalities, physical examination abnormalities or laboratory test abnormalities; 9. Subjects that the researcher believes are not suitable for inclusion in this study.
