Objectives of Study：

To compare the efficacy and safety of radiofrequency ablation and cinacalcet in the treatment of secondary hyperparathyroidism

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①B超 和 TcMIBI检查证实为甲状旁腺功能亢进； ②有手术禁忌症或拒绝手术的患者；

Inclusion criteria

1.Hyperparathyroidism confirmed by ultrasound and TcMIBI; 2. Contraindication or refuse to surgery.

排除标准：

①在过去5年内患有溶骨性恶性肿瘤病史； ②正在接受噻嗪类利尿剂或锂剂治疗； ③缺乏基线资料或拒绝参与随访；

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of osteolytic malignancy within the past 5 years; 2. Being treated with thiazide diuretics or lithium; 3.Lack of baseline information or refusal to participate in follow-up.
