本课题组通过收集一定量的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者，探讨多形式健康教育模式对其呼吸训练依从性的影响  

Objectives of Study：

By collecting a certain number of patients with COPD, our research group explored the impact of multi-form health education models on their compliance with respiratory training

纳入标准：

1.符合慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床诊断标准； 2.年龄>=40岁； 3.对本研究知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the clinical diagnostic criteria for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 2. Age>=40 years; 3. Informed consent to this study.

排除标准：

1.配合度差或未能坚持到研究结束者； 2.长期卧床者； 3.合并其它疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who have poor cooperation or fail to persist until the end of the study; 2. Those who have been bedridden for a long time; 3. Comorbid with other diseases.
