研究目的：

通过从脂质代谢重编程及免疫角度阐明HMGCR介导AMPK通路影响ccRCC进展的作用机制，以期为ccRCC患者提供新的有效治疗靶点。 揭示HMGCR对ccRCC进展及T细胞衰老的影响；明确HMGCR调控ccRCC肿瘤细胞脂质代谢重编程旁分泌IL-10影响T细胞衰老；阐明HMGCR介导AMPK通路调控肿瘤细胞脂质代谢重编程促进T细胞衰老影响ccRCC。  

Objectives of Study：

By elucidating the mechanism of HMGCR mediated AMPK pathway affecting the progression of ccRCC from the perspectives of lipid metabolism reprogramming and immunity, we aim to provide new effective therapeutic targets for ccRCC patients. Revealing the impact of HMGCR on the progression of ccRCC and T cell aging; Clarify that HMGCR regulates lipid metabolism reprogramming and paracrine IL-10 secretion in ccRCC tumor cells, affecting T cell aging; Elucidate the effect of HMGCR mediated AMPK pathway regulation on tumor cell lipid metabolism reprogramming promoting T cell aging and ccRCC.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合2022版欧洲泌尿外科学会肾癌诊疗指南中的ccRCC诊断标准；
2.接受根治性或部分肾切除术治疗,术后癌组织经病理检查证实为ccRCC组织；
3.临床病历资料完整；
4.患者签署知情同意书，同意参加该项研究；

Inclusion criteria

1.Meets the diagnostic criteria for ccRCC in the 2022 edition of the European Society of Urology Kidney Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines; 2.Accept radical or partial nephrectomy treatment, and the postoperative cancer tissue is confirmed by pathological examination to be ccRCC tissue; 3.Complete clinical medical records; 4.The patient signs an informed consent form and agrees to participate in the study.

排除标准：

1.合并其他恶性肿瘤；
2.肝、肾功能严重异常；
3.术前接受放化疗等肿瘤治疗；
4.患有严重感染；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Merge with other malignant tumors; 2.Severe abnormalities in liver and kidney function; 3.Preoperative tumor treatment such as radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 4.Suffering from severe infection.
