比较甲苯磺酸瑞马唑仑与依托咪酯麻醉诱导对老年衰弱患者血流动力学的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the hemodynamic effects of anesthesia induction with remimazolam tosylate vs. etomidate in elderly frail patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)性别不限； (2)年龄≥65岁； (3)体重指数(body mass index，BMI) 18~28 kg/m2； (4)美国麻醉医师协会(American Society of Anesthesiologists，ASA)分级Ⅱ~Ⅲ级； (5)FRAIL量表(fatigue, resistance, ambulation, illness, and loss of weight index，FRAIL)评分3~5分。

Inclusion criteria

(1) No gender restriction; (2) Age >= 65 years; (3) Body mass index (BMI) 18-28 kg/m2; (4) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification II-III; (5) FRAIL scale (fatigue, resistance, ambulation, illness, and loss of weight index) score 3-5.

排除标准：

(1)急诊入院的患者；(2)合并严重心血管功能紊乱(急性心力衰竭、心肌梗死等)或严重高血压；(3)合并重症肌无力或精神障碍性疾病；(4)肝肾功能障碍病史；(5)对苯二氮?类、阿片类药物和依托咪酯过敏或禁忌；(6)酗酒史；(7)长期服用镇静或精神药物史；(8)肾上腺功能不全病史；(9)预期的困难气道。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients admitted via emergency; (2) Presence of severe cardiovascular dysfunction (acute heart failure, myocardial infarction, etc.) or severe hypertension; (3) Presence of myasthenia gravis or psychiatric disorders; (4) History of liver or kidney dysfunction; (5) Allergies or contraindications to benzodiazepines, opioids, or etomidate; (6) History of alcohol abuse; (7) Long-term use of sedatives or psychotropic medications; (8) History of adrenal insufficiency; (9) Anticipated difficult airway.
