研究目的：

1.主要目的：探讨经颅直流电刺激对甲基苯丙胺成瘾者在渴求、冲动控制及复吸情况的疗效。 2.次要目的：探讨经颅直流电刺激对甲基苯丙胺成瘾患者认知功能、情感功能、心理状态的改善作用及改变特征。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main Objective: To investigate the effects of transcranial direct current stimulation on cravings, impulse control and relapse in methamphetamine addicts. 2. Secondary objective: To explore the effects and characteristics of transcranial direct current stimulation on cognitive function, emotional function and mental state of methamphetamine addiction patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄18-55岁； 符合甲基苯丙胺物质使用障碍诊断标准； 汉族；右利手； 能正确理解测量量表每个选项的含义； 有能力签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Age 18-55 years old; Meet the diagnostic criteria for Methamphetamine use disorder; The Han nationality; Right-handed; can correctly understand the meaning of each option on the measurement scale; Ability to sign informed consent.

排除标准：

目前或既往有除尼古丁以外的物质使用障碍史； 目前或既往精神障碍诊断史。 患有严重的躯体疾病；如颅脑外伤、高血压、糖尿病等 精神疾病阳性家族史 有核磁共振扫描禁忌症：如头部植入金属片等影响MRI的操作、幽闭恐惧症等。 有经颅电刺激治疗禁忌症。

Exclusion criteria：

Current or past history of substance use disorders other than nicotine; Current or previous diagnosis of mental disorders; Current or previous diagnosis of a serious physical disease; Such as craniocerebral trauma, hypertension, diabetes and so on; Positive family history of mental illness; There are contraindications to MRI scanning: such as metal implants in the head, which affect MRI operation, claustrophobia, etc; There are contraindications for transcranial electrical stimulation.

20 sessions of fake transcranial electrical stimulation were performed for 20 minutes, 5 times a week, for 2 weeks (excluding weekends). The current drops immediately after the initial ascending phase (30 seconds) and then rises before the final descending phase (30 seconds).
