研究目的：

1. 本研究通过观察右颈内静脉横截面积来探讨头低脚高和呼末正压通气对左侧卧位颈内静脉横街面积的影响。 2. 为特殊体位患者的超声引导下中心静脉穿刺置管提供选择和临床依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. In this study, we investigated the effect of head-down and end-expiratory positive pressure ventilation on the cross-street area of the internal jugular vein in left lateral recumbency by looking at the cross-sectional area of the right internal jugular vein. 2. To provide selection and clinical basis for ultrasound-guided central venous catheterization with special posture.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.择期全麻左侧卧位手术且需置入中心静脉导管的成年患者 2.美国麻醉医师协会（ASA）分级I~III级 3.成年患者（18~65岁） 4.BMI：18~24kg/m^2

Inclusion criteria

1. Elective general anaesthesia left lateral position surgery and need central venous cannulation patients 2. American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) class I to III 3.Adult patients (18~65 years old) 4.BMI: 18~24kg/m^2

排除标准：

1.超声扫查发现颈内静脉解剖变异或有静脉血栓者 2.上腔静脉栓塞综合征

Exclusion criteria：

1. Ultrasound scanning revealed anatomical variations of the internal jugular vein or venous thrombosis 2. Superior vena cava embolism syndrome

预实验时，彼此之间可比的研究对象通过随机数法分入不同的处理组：采用SAS13.2软件由第三方分析师产生36份随机分配序列号（1~4），随机编号为对照组、P组、T组和TP组，同时妥善保管原始编码顺序。

In the pre-experiment, the research subjects comparable to each other were divided into different treatment groups by random number method: 36 random serial numbers (1~4) were generated by a third-party analyst using SAS13.2 software, and the random numbers were control group, P group, T group and TP group, and the original coding sequence was properly kept.
