探讨不同浓度布比卡因脂质体用于肌间沟臂丛神经阻滞对肩关节镜手术患者麻醉效果及术后快速康复的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effects of different concentrations of bupivacaine liposomes on the anesthetic effect and rapid postoperative recovery of patients undergoing shoulder arthroscopic surgery for interscalene brachial plexus block.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.ASAI-III级; 2.BMI18.5-30 kg/m2； 3.男女不限，年龄>=18岁。

Inclusion criteria

1. ASAI-III level; 2.BMI18.5-30 kg/m2; 3. Male or female, age > = 18 years old.

排除标准：

1.拒绝参加研究者； 2.对研究药物过敏者； 3.对区域麻醉禁忌者（出凝血时间及血小板数量异常，穿刺区域有感染，外周神经病变等）； 4.长期使用镇痛镇静药物者者； 5.合并有严重系统性疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Refusal to participate in the study; 2. Those who are allergic to the study drug; 3. For those who are contraindicated to regional anesthesia (abnormal coagulation time and number of platelets, infection in the puncture area, peripheral neuropathy, etc.); 4. Those who use analgesic and sedative drugs for a long time; 5. Those with severe systemic diseases.
