探讨环泊酚，丙泊酚，瑞马唑仑这三种药物对OSAHS患者气管插管应激反应和全麻苏醒期躁动的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effects of ciprofol, propofol and remimazolam on the stress response of endotracheal intubation and agitation during the awakening period of general anesthesia in patients with OSAHS

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

ASAI-III级，男女不限，年龄18～64岁，我院择期行UPPP术的OSAHS患者。

Inclusion criteria

ASAI-III, male or female, age 18~64 years old, OSAHS patients who undergo elective UPPP surgery in our hospital.

排除标准：

1.对研究药物过敏者; 2.精神分裂症及严重抑郁状态者。 3.重症肌无力者； 4.合并呼吸系统疾病（哮喘、气道高反应、慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作）者； 5.合并心血管疾病（急性心梗、心衰、严重心律失常和房室传导阻滞等）者； 6.合并其他严重系统疾病者； 7.重度肥胖，BMI>=35者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who are allergic to the study drug; 2. People with schizophrenia and severe depressive state. 3. Myasthenia gravis; 4. Patients with respiratory diseases (asthma, airway hyperresponsiveness, acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease); 5. Patients with cardiovascular diseases (acute myocardial infarction, heart failure, severe arrhythmia and atrioventricular block, etc.); 6. Patients with other serious systemic diseases; 7. Those with severe obesity and BMI >=35.
