探讨在中等运动负荷下，不同训练水平的受试者在游泳与功率自行车运动过程中，口腔菌群的应答规律与适应性变化  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the response rules and adaptive changes of salivary microflora of subjects with different training levels during swimming and power cycling under moderate exercise load

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

业余游泳运动员 1)受试者共食宿； 2)系统游泳训练年限不少于8年； 3)游泳运动级别二级及以上； 4)每周游泳训练时间不少于8小时； 5)同意参与研究并签署知情同意书。 游泳爱好者 1)受试者共食宿； 2)热爱游泳，游泳运动经历两年以上，但未参加系统游泳训练； 3)无运动等级； 4)每周游泳时间3-4小时。 5)同意参与研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Amateur swimmer 1) Subjects share accommodation; 2) The system swimming training period is not less than 8 years; 3) Swimming level 2 and above; 4) Swimming training time is not less than 8 hours per week; 5) Agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent. Swimmer 1) Subjects share accommodation; 2) Love swimming, swimming experience for more than two years, but did not participate in systematic swimming training; 3) No sports grade; 4) Swim 3-4 hours per week. 5) Agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1)自身免疫系统、心血管系统、神经系统等任何影响运动表现的疾病； 2)近1个月内有进行过牙齿矫正； 3)过去3个月发生运动损伤,且未完全康复,无法参加专项训练; 4)取样前3个月内使用抗生素,益生菌,益生元,合生剂,运动营养补剂

Exclusion criteria：

1) autoimmune system, cardiovascular system, nervous system and other diseases affecting sports performance; 2) Have undergone dental orthodontics within the last 1 month; 3) Sports injury in the past 3 months, and not fully recovered, unable to participate in special training; 4) Antibiotics, probiotics, prebiotics, synbiotics, and sports nutrition supplements were used within 3 months before sampling
