研究目的：

本研究内容拟探究 SUMO2对前列腺癌细胞 EMT的调控作用及其涉及的分子机制，以期对前列腺癌侵袭、转移相关机制的阐明有所裨益，并为前列腺癌的临床个体化治疗提供新的思路和依据。本项目的完成将进一步完善肿瘤微环境对肿瘤侵袭、转移影响的理论体系，具有极其重要的科学价值和潜在的社会效益。  

Objectives of Study：

This research aims to explore the regulatory role of SUMO2 in the epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) of prostate cancer cells and the underlying molecular mechanisms. It is expected to contribute to the elucidation of the mechanisms related to the invasion and metastasis of prostate cancer and provide new ideas and evidence for the clinical individualized treatment of prostate cancer. The completion of this project will further improve the theoretical system regarding the impact of the tumor microenvironment on tumor invasion and metastasis, possessing extremely important scientific value and potential social benefits.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.病理确诊为前列腺癌；
2.未接受过放化疗等相关侵袭转移干预治疗的患者；
3.不合并其他病变；
4.研究参与者年龄介于30-90岁之间；

Inclusion criteria

1.Prostate cancer has been pathologically diagnosed.
2.Patients who have not received radiotherapy, chemotherapy or other related invasive and metastatic intervention treatments.
3.Patients that without other concurrent pathologies.
4.The ages of the research participants ranged from 30 to 90 years old.

排除标准：

1.前列腺癌诊断不明确；
2.合并其他病变；
3.患者年龄小于30岁或者大于90岁；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Lesions with an unclear diagnosis.
2.Patients that with other concurrent pathologies.
3.The patient's age is less than 30 years old or greater than 90 years old.
