研究目的：

1.明确牛奶蛋白过敏婴儿血便发生现状及危险因素。 2.构建牛奶蛋白过敏婴儿血便风险预测模型并进行验证，为牛奶蛋白过敏婴儿血便找到最佳预测因素。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Identify the current situation and risk factors of blood stool in infants with milk protein allergy. 2. Construct and verify the risk prediction model of blood stool in infants with milk protein allergy, and find the best predictor for blood stool in infants with milk protein allergy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①按照《中国婴幼儿牛奶蛋白过敏诊治循证建议》诊断为牛奶蛋白过敏的患儿； ②年龄为0～1岁； ③患儿家属知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Children diagnosed with cow's milk protein allergy in accordance with the "Evidence-based Recommendations for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Cow's Milk Protein Allergy in Chinese Infants"; (2) Age 0~1 years old; (3) Informed consent of the child's family.

排除标准：

①复诊患者； ②无法获取完整病例资料者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Follow-up patients; (2) Those who are unable to obtain complete case data.
