研究目的：

基于AP患者的早期CT图像建立人工智能模型早期预测AP患者发生器官衰竭的可能性。基于AP患者的CT图像建立人工智能模型诊断AP患者的局部并发症是否感染。  

Objectives of Study：

Develop an artificial intelligence model based on early CT images of AP patients to predict the likelihood of organ failure in AP patients.Develop an artificial intelligence model based on CT images of AP patients to diagnose whether local complications in AP patients are infected.

纳入标准：

第一部分：确诊为急性胰腺炎并在入院48h内接受过CECT检查的患者。急性胰腺炎的定义基于2012年修订的亚特兰大国际共识（RAC）。满足以下三个特征中的两个即可诊断为急性胰腺炎： 1. 患者具有与急性胰腺炎一致的腹痛表现（持续的、严重的、常放射到背部的急性发作的腹痛）; 2. 血清脂肪酶/淀粉酶高于正常值上限3倍; 3. 对比增强计算机断层扫描（CECT）、磁共振成像（MRI）或经腹超声检查发现AP的影像表现。 第二部分：纳入接受过“腹腔液性病灶”的CT引导下置管引流术并进行微生物培养的患者，获取患者穿刺引流引流置管前和置管后的CT影像图像。

Inclusion criteria

Part One: Patients included in the first part are all those who were diagnosed with Acute Pancreatitis (AP). These patients underwent Contrast-Enhanced Computed Tomography (CECT) within 48 hours of admission. The definition of AP is based on the Revised Atlanta International Consensus (RAC) from 2012. A diagnosis of AP is made if two out of the following three criteria are met: The patient presents with abdominal pain consistent with AP (persistent, severe, and often radiating to the back); Serum lipase or amylase levels are more than three times the upper limit of normal; Imaging findings consistent with AP on Contrast-Enhanced Computed Tomography (CECT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), or Transabdominal Ultrasound. Part Two: The second part includes all patients who underwent percutaneous catheter drainage under CT guidance for "abdominal fluid collections" and had microbiological cultures. CT images were obtained before and after catheter placement for the drainage of these fluid collections.

排除标准：

第一部分： （1）CT质量差； （2）扫描期项不全（平扫、动脉期、门脉期、静脉期）； （3）已经确诊慢性胰腺炎或复发性胰腺炎病史； （4）原发性胰腺病史（肿瘤等）； （5）缺乏相应实验室指标及临床信息。 第二部分： （1）CT质量差； （2）引流液未培养或无细菌培养结果。

Exclusion criteria：

Part 1: (1) Poor CT quality; (2) Incomplete items in the scanning period (non-contrast scan, arterial phase, portal phase, venous phase); (3) Has been diagnosed with chronic pancreatitis or history of recurrent pancreatitis; (4) History of primary pancreas (tumors, etc.); (5) Lack of corresponding laboratory indicators and clinical information. Part II: (1) Poor CT quality; (2) The drainage fluid is not cultured or there is no bacterial culture result.

第一部分金标准：器官衰竭，器官衰竭的评估采用改良的马歇尔评分系统评估，包括三个器官系统（呼吸系统、心血管系统和肾脏系统）。三种器官系统中有一种马歇尔评分为2分或以上定义为器官衰竭。 第二部分金标准：腹腔液性病灶穿刺引流液的微生物培养结果。

Gold Standard or Reference Standard (The clinical reference standards required to establish the presence or absence of the target condition in the tested population in present study):

Part One Gold Standard: Organ Failure The assessment of organ failure is conducted using the modified Marshall scoring system, which includes three organ systems (respiratory, cardiovascular, and renal systems). Organ failure is defined as a Marshall score of 2 or higher in at least one of the three organ systems. Part Two Gold Standard: Microbial Culture Results of Percutaneous Drainage Fluid from Abdominal Fluid Lesions
