本研究旨在探讨不同运动时序对中老年人群健康效应的影响及其潜在机制。随着年龄的增长,身体机能逐渐衰退,常见的健康问题包括代谢紊乱、心血管疾病以及认知功能下降等。已有研究表明,运动对中老年人的健康具有积极影响,但不同运动时序(如早晨或晚间锻炼)可能会在生理和生化反应上产生不同的效果。因此,本研究将通过系统分析不同时间段进行运动的健康效应,并结合生物标志物、基因表达和代谢途径等方面的机制探讨,为制定更具针对性的运动干预方案提供科学依据,从而促进中老年人群的健康管理和生活质量提升。  

Objectives of Study:

This study aims to explore the effects of different exercise timings on the health of middle-aged and elderly populations and its underlying mechanisms. As individuals age, physiological functions gradually decline, leading to common health issues such as metabolic disorders, cardiovascular diseases, and cognitive decline. Previous studies have shown that exercise has a positive impact on the health of older adults, but the effects may vary depending on the timing of exercise (e.g., morning or evening workouts) due to differences in physiological and biochemical responses. Therefore, this study will systematically analyze the health effects of exercise performed at different times of the day, while investigating the mechanisms involved through biomarkers, gene expression, and metabolic pathways. The findings will provide scientific evidence for developing more targeted exercise intervention strategies, ultimately enhancing health management and improving the quality of life for middle-aged and elderly individuals.

纳入标准:

1.志愿者40至65周岁 2.自愿参加并签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. Volunteers are 40 to 65 years old 2. Voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form

排除标准:

1.有基础疾病、慢性病、传染病史、残疾 2.有外科手术史 3.近两周使用过抗生素 4.近两周服用过益生菌、益生元等 5.近两周服用过任何药物或营养补充剂 6.有每周运动习惯 7.近两周进行过高强度体育锻炼 8.有吸烟、饮酒等习惯 9.有特殊饮食习惯,例如素食或严重挑食 10.有不良饮食习惯,例如三餐不规律、宵夜等

Exclusion criteria:

1. Having a history of basic diseases, chronic diseases, infectious diseases and disabilities; 2. Having a history of surgery; 3. Used antibiotics in the past two weeks; 4. Used probiotics and prebiotics in the past two weeks; 5. Used any medications or supplements in the last two weeks; 6. Having a weekly exercise routine; 7. Taken high-intensity physical exercise in the past two weeks; 8. Having smoking, drinking, and other habits; 9. Having a special diet, such as vegetarian or picky eating; 10. Having bad eating habits, such as irregular meals and late-night snacks.

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录,将数据及时、完整、正确、清晰地载入报告表,录入采用相应的数据库系统双人双机录入,之后对数据库进行两遍比对。电子数据文件分类保存,并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或者记录介质上,妥善保存,防止损坏。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

Based on the original observation records, researchers will completely write accurate data into case report forms in time. Input the data into corresponding database system by two special researchers with two computers respectively. After that, researchers compare two database twice and electronic data will be conserved and backup.
