研究目的：

基于国内多中心大样本真实世界数据，解析滤泡树突细胞源性肿瘤临床病理特征，比较研究经典型滤泡树突细胞肉瘤（FDCS）和EBV阳性炎性滤泡树突细胞肉瘤（EBV+IFDCS）组织形态、免疫表型及分子病理特征，提高临床和病理医师对该组罕见肿瘤的认识，为加强高风险患者管理，进一步完善临床决策提供病理学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the real-world data from many centers and large samples in China, the clinicopathological features of follicular dendritic cell-derived tumors were analyzed, and the histological, immunophenotype and molecular pathological features of classical follicular dendritic cell sarcoma (FDCS) and EBV-positive inflammatory follicular dendritic cell sarcoma (EBV+IFDCS) were compared, so as to improve the understanding of this group of rare tumors by clinicians and pathologists and provide pathological basis for strengthening the management of high-risk patients and further improving clinical decision-making.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）明确诊断为滤泡树突细胞肉瘤； （2）诊断日期为 2010年 1 月-2025 年 12 月； （3）诊断时年龄满 18 周岁，性别不限； （4）在所在中心诊断，并有免疫组化结果支持； （5）组织蜡块或组织白片在所在中心保存。

Inclusion criteria

(1) A definite diagnosis of follicular dendritic cell sarcoma; (2) The date of diagnosis is January 2010-December 2025; (3) Age at least 18 years old at the time of diagnosis, gender is not limited; (4) Diagnosis in the center of the institution, supported by immunohistochemistry results; (5) Tissue wax blocks or tissue white sheets are stored in the center.

排除标准：

1）诊断不明或存疑的病例； 2）仅有就诊记录，无病理诊断信息； 3）无病理切片的会诊病例。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Cases with unclear or doubtful diagnosis; 2) Only medical records, no pathological diagnosis information; 3) Consultation cases without pathological sections.
