研究目的：

本研究旨在通过检测SCZ患者和健康受试者之间CD4和CD8免疫细胞及其炎性因子表达的特征性变化差异，并探索其与SCZ患者阴性症状、阳性症状和认识功能损害的相关性，为SCZ的早期诊断提供新的有效客观生物标志物，同时为SCZ的发病机制提供科学数据支持和新的理论认识。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to detect the characteristic differences in the expression of CD4 and CD8 immune cells and their inflammatory factors between SCZ patients and healthy subjects, and explore the correlation with negative symptoms, positive symptoms, and cognitive impairment of SCZ patients. This will provide new effective objective biomarkers for the early diagnosis of SCZ, as well as scientific data support and new theoretical understanding for the pathogenesis of SCZ.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.来我院就诊的门诊病人和住院病人，年龄18-55岁，符合国际疾病分类第10版(ICD-10)精神分裂症诊断标准； 2.受试者或监护人必须签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Outpatient and inpatient patients who come to our hospital for treatment, aged 18-55 years old, meet the diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia in the 10th edition of the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10);
2.The subject or guardian must sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.排除怀孕或哺乳期妇女； 2.伴有其它精神疾病或自身免疫性疾病者,或体格检查、实验室检查发现异常指征者； 3.有家族性遗传疾病患者； 4.有烟酒嗜好患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Exclude pregnant or lactating women; 2. Those with other mental diseases or autoimmune diseases, or those with abnormal indications found in physical examination and laboratory examination; 3. Patients with familial genetic diseases; 4. Patients with a habit of smoking and drinking.
