研究目的：

探索基于三维面扫辅助确定全口义齿的颌位关系，并用于指导数字化美学排牙的装置和处理方法，同时降低临床操作难度、简化临床操作流程，从而提高全口义齿修复的成功率，减少患者的就诊次数，改善其就诊体验，同时提高医生和患者的满意度。  

Objectives of Study：

To research and develop the device and processing method for determining the jaw relationship of complete dentures based on 3D facial scanning assistance, and use it to guide digital aesthetic tooth arrangement. At the same time, to reduce the difficulty of clinical operations, simplify the clinical operation process, thereby improving the success rate of complete denture restoration, reducing the number of patient visits, improving their visiting experience, and enhancing the satisfaction of both doctors and patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.全口牙列缺失大3个月，患者之前均有局部义齿或全口义齿佩戴史； 2.无严重全身系统疾病及心理疾病，依从性好，能够接受本临床试验的各项要求。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with complete edentulism for at least 3 months, who have a history of wearing partial or complete dentures; 2. No severe systemic diseases or psychological disorders, good compliance, and able to accept all requirements of this clinical trial.

排除标准：

1.患有急慢性颞下颌关节紊乱综合征； 2.有口颌面部化疗史，以及黏膜慢性炎症、增生、溃疡等将试验过程复杂化的口腔病理状态； 3.无稳定咬合关系，上下颌位置可重复性差，无法配合操作；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with acute or chronic temporomandibular joint disorders; 2. History of chemotherapy in the oral and maxillofacial region, and oral pathological conditions such as chronic inflammation, hyperplasia, ulcers, etc., that complicate the trial process; 3. Lack of stable occlusal relationship, poor reproducibility of maxillo-mandibular position, and inability to cooperate with the operation.
