研究目的：

了解重症烧伤患者代谢变化规律，绘制代谢指纹图谱。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to investigate underline metabolic mechanisms after severe burns, and to profiling the global metabolic fingerprinting.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-60岁；
2.TBSA 51-95%，或III度烧伤>20%。

Inclusion criteria

a. Age 18-60;
b. Caused by burns and TBSA 51-95%, or full-thickness burn >20%.

排除标准：

1.特殊原因烧伤：如化学烧伤、电击伤等；
2.伤前有严重心、肝、肾及造血系统疾病；
3.肿瘤患者；
4.糖尿病、甲亢等代谢及内分泌疾病史；
5.肥胖症（BMI>25）；
6.妊娠期或哺乳期妇女；
7.精神状态不能合作者，患有精神性疾病、无自制力、不能明确表达者；
8.正参加其它临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Burns that caused other than thermal, such as: chemical burns, electrical injury, etc;
2.Patient who has other substantial comorbidity at admission: eg. severe heart, liver, kidney or hematopoietic system diseases;
3.Caner;
4.Metabolic and endocrine disease history like diabetes, hyperthyroidism;
5.Obesity (BMI>25);
6.Pregnancy or lactation patient;
7.Patient who has mental diseases, no self-control capacity or no articulate;
8.Patient who has already join into other clinical trials.
