评价多模式预康复方案对改善患者衰弱状况、身体功能等术后结局的有效性  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effectiveness of multi-mode pre-rehabilitation program in improving frailty, physical function and other postoperative outcomes

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄>=60岁; 2.经前列腺穿刺活检或前列腺癌术后病理诊断为前列腺癌者且择期手术的患者; 3.G-8评分<14分; 4.具备基本沟通交流、理解能力,能够完成量表评估; 5.知情同意,自愿参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age>=60 years; 2. Patients with prostate cancer diagnosed by prostate biopsy or prostate cancer after surgery and elective surgery; 3. G-8 score< 14 points; 4. Have basic communication and comprehension skills, and be able to complete the scale assessment; 5. Informed consent, voluntary participation in this study.

排除标准：

1.多原发癌或转移癌； 2.因复发入院的前列腺癌患者； 3.禁忌进行体育运动训练或心肺运动试验（CPET）的患者； 4.患有严重躯体疾病、药物或酒精成瘾、抑郁等精神疾病、无法理解并配合完成研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Multiple primary cancers or metastatic cancers; 2. Prostate cancer patients admitted to the hospital due to recurrence; 3. Patients who are contraindicated to undergo sports training or cardiopulmonary exercise test (CPET); 4. Those who have serious physical illness, drug or alcohol addiction, depression and other mental illnesses that are unable to understand and cooperate with the completion of the study.
