研究目的：

胚胎冷冻在辅助生殖中发挥十分重要的作用，它不仅可提高累计妊娠率和单个周期胚胎利用率，还可降低卵巢过度刺激及多胎妊娠的发生率。玻璃化冷冻又称无冰晶技术，在高浓度冷冻保护剂中发生急速冷却，液态变固态的过程中不形成冰晶从而起到保护作用。目前胚胎玻璃化冷冻保存技术已越来越多地应用于临床。然而，长期冷冻胚胎的安全性和有效性一直备受关注。因此，本研究旨在评估卵裂期胚胎玻璃化冷冻储存时间是否会对妊娠和围产期结局产生影响，并进一步探讨储存时间的合适时限。  

Objectives of Study：

Embryo freezing plays a very important role in assisted reproduction by not only increasing the cumulative pregnancy rate and single cycle embryo utilisation, but also reducing the incidence of ovarian hyperstimulation and multiple pregnancies. Vitrification freezing, also known as ice crystal free technique, occurs when rapid cooling occurs in a high concentration of cryoprotectant and no ice crystals are formed during the process of changing from liquid to solid, thus providing protection. At present, embryo vitrification cryopreservation technology has been increasingly used in clinical applications. However, the safety and efficacy of long-term embryo freezing has been of great concern. Therefore, the aim of this study was to assess whether the duration of vitrification cryopreservation storage of cleavage-stage embryos has an impact on pregnancy and perinatal outcomes, and to further explore the appropriate timeframe for storage duration.

纳入标准：

(1)符合本病诊断标准 (2)年龄<45岁 (3)FET周期卵裂期胚胎移植 (4)解冻后有可移植胚胎 (5)符合《人类辅助生殖技术规范》

Inclusion criteria

(1)Meets the diagnostic criteria of the disease. (2) Age <45 years old. (3)Transfer of embryos at the cleavage stage of the FET cycle. (4)There are transferable embryos after thawing. (5)Compliance with the Code of Assisted Human Reproduction Technology.

排除标准：

(1)子宫畸形 (2)染色体异常 (3)囊胚移植患者 (4)有未控制内分泌疾病的患者，如：糖尿病、高血压、甲状腺疾病 (5)信息采集不全患者

Exclusion criteria：

(1)Uterine abnormalities. (2)Chromosomal abnormalities. (3) Blastocyst transfer patients. (4)Patients with uncontrolled endocrine diseases, such as diabetes, hypertension, thyroid disease. (5)Patients with incomplete information collection.
