探讨第三人称视角下基于身体表征的虚拟现实技术对帕金森病躯干姿势异常患者姿势及运动功能的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of virtual reality technology based on body representation on posture and motor function of patients with Parkinson's disease with abnormal trunk posture in the third person perspective

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）年龄：40–80岁，性别不限； 2）符合2015 年国际运动障碍学会（MDS）PD 临床确诊标准； 3）存在明确躯干姿势异常，MDS-UPDRS-Ⅲ 3.13项大于或等于2分； 4）小学及以上学历，MMSE评分≥22分。 5）理解、同意参加本研究并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1) Age: 40-80 years old, gender is not limited; 2) Meet the 2015 International Society of Movement Disorders (MDS) clinical diagnosis criteria for PD; 3) There are definite trunk posture abnormalities, MDS-UPDRS-III 3.13 is greater than or equal to 2 points; 4) Primary school education or above, MMSE score ≥22 points. 5) Those who understand and agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1）既往有脑血管病等各种原因导致的痴呆等神经系统疾病或有明确引起躯干姿势异常的其他合并症； 2）既往有焦虑、抑郁、精神分裂症等精神疾病，或服用相关药物； 3）合并肿瘤、严重的心、肝、肾、血液系统疾病或传染病； 4）严重视听觉障碍；

Exclusion criteria：

1) There are neurological diseases such as dementia caused by various causes in the past or other comorbidities that clearly cause abnormal trunk posture;
2) Previous mental illness such as anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, or taking related drugs;
3) Complicated with tumor, serious heart, liver, kidney, blood system disease or infectious disease;
4) Pay close attention to hearing impairment;
